- Director of Community Affairs/Volunteers will be responsible for supporting LICI’s mission, vision, and values by facilitating the projects related to a commitment to LICI community relations. Also to support marketing initiatives and support positive relationship with members and outside organizations.
- Director of Community Affairs oversees community affairs amongst members of LICI.
- Represent the organization when families are bereaved, sick, or going through emergencies by coordinating activities to provide assistance per the organization’s policy.
- Work closely with all county, religious, social organizations, and businesses within the community to foster a cohesive working relationships.
- Coordinate with the Ways and Means, Phenomenal Women and Executive Team to Plan and execute community events and celebrations.
- Coordinate with the Board, Executive Team to develop a comprehensive arts and cultural strategy for LICI.
- Must have a minimal of a High School Diploma or higher or comparable certification or must at least have a minimum of two years of experience in related field.
